Glossary of terms

For the purpose of this SLA, the following terms and definitions apply:

  • The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in RFC 2119.

General

This corporate service level Corporate Service Level agreement (SLA) is valid for all IT services provided by the IFCA Advanced Computing and e-Science group, if no other agreements are in place. The Corporate Level SLA may be extended or replaced by specific SLAs.
